This is not about 'good or bad', 'right or wrong'.
This is about what you want to do with yourself and your life.
As is recognized in Possibility Management:
"Your mind is yours to play with and make into whatever you want. "
You may have more options to choose from than you originally thought.
There is no 'way' to shift from who you are being now, to being some other way. There is no method.
Still, that shift can happen, one 'baby-step' at a time.
All you can know is that your next step must be different from your last previous step.
If you keep trying new things rather than repeating familiar things, doorways appear.
